1. Booking, Refund & Reschedule Policy
By purchasing a Group Studio Session ticket, you agree to the following terms:

Rescheduling Requests: You must request any reschedule at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled session date. Requests made less than seven (7) days before the session cannot be rescheduled.

Refund Requests: Full refunds are available only if requested thirty (30) days or more prior to your scheduled session. Inside the 30-day window, all bookings are non-refundable and final sale.

How to Request: Send an email to hello@shopcuratedliving.com containing your full name, order number, and class date/time.
2. Safety Guidelines & Equipment Use
During your 1-hour session, you may handle equipment such as heat presses, laser machinery, embroidery machines, canvas stretching tools, and craft blades.

Participants must follow all verbal and written instructions provided by the instructor at all times.

Protective eye gear, hair ties, or other safety equipment must be worn when directed.

Curated Living Co. reserves the right to ask any participant acting unsafely or disruptively to leave without a refund.
3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By registering for and attending a Studio Session at Curated Living Co.:

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and understand that hands-on crafting involves inherent risks, including but not limited to minor burns from sublimation/heat equipment, minor pin-pricks or snags from embroidery gear, minor cuts/scratches from canvas and wood tools, or damage to personal items brought into the studio. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Curated Living Co., its owner(s), employees, agents, and property managers from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, property loss, or damage arising out of or related to your participation in the class.

Intellectual Property & Personal Items: Curated Living Co. is not responsible for any personal artwork, files, or monograms uploaded or submitted by participants that infringe upon third-party copyrights or trademarks. Participants assume full responsibility for the content they choose to print, etch, or embroider.
4. Media & Photo Release (Optional Clause)
Curated Living Co. may take photos or short videos during group sessions for promotional, social media, or website use. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your instructor at the start of your session.
